Here Not There Inc. ("HNT Labs," "we", "us" or "our") provides the Towns Messenger application and related services (the "Service"). This page describes how you can request deletion of your account and the types of data that are deleted or retained.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Towns Messenger app:

1. Open Towns Messenger
2. Tap your profile icon to open Settings
3. Tap Account
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm your decision when prompted

Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion immediately.

Alternatively, you may request account deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the phone number associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion via email.

Data That Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems:

• User profile — display name, avatar, username, and biographical information
• Authentication credentials — session tokens and login state
• Delegate signing keys — cryptographic keys used for transaction signing
• Embedded wallet associations — links between your account and embedded wallets
• Push notification tokens — device tokens used to deliver notifications
• Local app data — encrypted message database and encryption keys stored on your device (cleared upon app uninstall or account deletion)
